Refund policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If you ordered several items that are delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.

How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vintage Town, Julian Ringer, Obertresleinsbach 27, 4723 Natternbach, Austria, support@vintagetown.at, +43 670 4092990) of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example an email. The easiest way is our withdrawal form (“Withdraw from contract here”). You can also use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Sending the item back
Please send the item back to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the item before the 14 days have expired.

Return costs
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide a free return label. We recommend sending the parcel insured and with tracking.

Refunds
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including the original delivery costs (except for any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

Condition of the item
You may inspect and try on the item the way you would in a shop. You only have to pay for any loss in value if it results from handling the item in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return items with their tags still attached, where present.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. sealed underwear, swimwear or socks).

Gift cards
Gift cards bought in our online shop can also be withdrawn within 14 days of purchase, as long as they have not been redeemed.
