How long does the shipping take?
We pack every order ourselves and send it from Upper Austria with GLS or Austrian Post. Delivery times, including packing:
🇦🇹 Austria: 2-4 working days
🇩🇪 Germany: 3-5 working days
🇫🇷🇮🇹 France & Italy: 2-8 working days
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. All details are in our refund policy.
Are all our clothes authentic?
Yes!
Every individual piece is thoroughly inspected for any signs of being a replica.
This includes examining tags, stitching, RN numbers and other details.
We cross-check these with multiple reliable sources, mostly from the brands themselves.
We hate fakes as much as you do and are committed to selling only authentic pieces.
When do you restock?
Every piece we sell exists only once. Once an item is sold, it's very unlikely we will have the same one again in your size, so be quick.
